As an NGO, the Aniton Prize Foundation relies on contributions and fees to fund our global initiatives and awards.

1. Donations
● Finality: In accordance with NGO standard practices, all donations made to the Foundation are generally non-refundable.
● Errors: If a donation was made in error (e.g., a technical glitch or an accidental duplicate), please contact us within 7 days. We will review and process a refund at our discretion.

2. Application/Entry Fees
● If your prize requires an entry or administrative fee, these fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted, regardless of the outcome of the judging process.
● Refunds will only be issued if a prize category is canceled by the Foundation.

3. Event Registrations
● Cancellations made 7 days prior to a Foundation event may be eligible for a partial refund.

● In case of any refunds approved by the company, it will take 7 days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

● No refunds will be issued for “no-shows” or cancellations made after the deadline.
