● Your Submissions: Unless otherwise stated in specific prize rules, you retain ownership of the IP in your submissions. However, by submitting, you grant the Foundation a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to feature your project/name for promotional and archival purposes.

4. Prize Awards & Taxes
● No Guarantee: Submission does not guarantee an award or prize.
● Tax Liability: Winners are solely responsible for any local, state, or federal taxes associated with the receipt of a prize.
● Verification: Prizes will only be awarded following a successful background check and verification process as determined by the Foundation.

5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
● Use the site for any fraudulent or illegal purposes.
● Interfere with the site’s security features or “scrape” data.
● Submit content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on third-party rights.

6. Limitation of Liability
